If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we'll be
happy to consider your request within 30 days of your original order
date. Please call us at 866-320-8080 to obtain a preliminary Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA). (Don't forget to do this, as returns
without an RMA number may be refused.)
Items for return or exchange must be unopened, and in the same
condition in which they were sent. If your return is accepted, you'll
receive a refund back to the credit card used on the original order. If
you received free shipping on your order, you will have to pay for the
return shipping.
Of course, if you've received a defective item, we'll be happy to
exchange it (for the exact same item only) once we receive it back and
test it.
Some manufacturers accept returns directly. If that's the case, the
manufacturer will handle the return, rather than United Networks. When
you call to request your return, we'll advise you as to what the next
step will be in the return process.
If we made a shipping error, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right!
We do have a couple of important exceptions you should be aware of:
- Because of the immediate delivery of downloadable items, we're not able to accept cancellation or return requests.
- Licensing orders (sometimes called open, volume, or electronic licensing) can't be returned.
- Any items marked "non-returnable" or "non-refundable" cannot be returned or refunded.
- Due to the nature of our purchasing agreements with select vendors,
some items cannot be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause.
Also, because we can't guarantee anything until we inspect the
returned item, we may refuse a return even if you were given a
preliminary RMA. Please be sure you obtain tracking and insurance on
your return, as we can't be responsible for lost packages. All returns
for any reason must be requested and returned within 30 days of the
original order date. |
